Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has not been packet yet, We might be able to make changes to it.
HOW TO RETURN
To return a product you need to contact email@example.com with your order number and we can send you the information required. Please note; it's important to follow these steps to make sure we can correctly process you a refund.
If you wish to return your order to us for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. The products must be returned in the exact same condition they were received in. Once we have received your return we will send you an email to notify you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit during the return. We will only cover the shipping cost if the return is due to a problem with the item.
Returns that come back to us without the correct information can be rejected at our discretion and returned to the sender.
It's important to note that all returned items must still have hygiene stickers attached otherwise your refund will not be processed.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
We will be happy to exchange a product and cover the shipping if it is damaged or has a manufacturing error. This will need to be reported within 7 days of receiving to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number. If reported after this time frame we would be unable to honor any replacement/exchange.
Please get in touch promptly if the product is lost or damaged in transit and also report any missing items or orders within 14 days.
